Is Mombie really free?
Yes. The free tier is genuinely free — no trial period, no credit card required, no time limit. Every core feature (activity logging, partner sync, alerts, watch apps, web dashboard) is available at no cost.
What does the $5/year premium upgrade get me?
Premium unlocks multiple baby profiles (twins, siblings, or tracking a second child later), up to 9 family members, custom activity types, and Night Owl Mode customization. It's $5/year — cancel any time.
Why a subscription instead of a one-time purchase?
At $5/year, the subscription keeps Mombie sustainable so we can keep shipping features and maintaining the service. There are no monthly fees, no "pro" tiers above Premium, and you can cancel any time — if you cancel, you keep the free tier features.
Do I need to buy Premium for every person in my family?
No. One purchase covers your whole family group. If any member of your family has Premium, everyone in the group gets premium features automatically.
How do I buy Premium?
Open the Mombie app on your phone, go to Settings, and tap "Upgrade to Premium." Purchase is handled securely through Google Play or the App Store.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store according to their standard policies. On Google Play, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. On iOS, contact Apple support.
What happens to my data if I don't upgrade?
Nothing changes. Free users keep all their logs, history, and settings indefinitely. Premium is purely additive — it unlocks extra features, it doesn't restrict access to anything you already have.
